Roth, Curaleaf and its employees and its agents harmless against any and all liability, damage, and/or expenses arising out of or in connection with actions, claims, and/or damages resulting in personal injuries and disabilities (physical and/or psychological) or transmission of a communicable disease that I might incur as a result of the service provided today and I agree to voluntarily participate understanding these risks and their outcomes.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

High, I’m Lindsay and I’m so glad you’re joining us for this event.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years and first came to the mat as a way to counter a regular running regimen. As a former dancer, yoga was an unexpected way back to the mind body connection I enjoyed in my youth. While I no longer put feet to pavement regularly, my yoga practice remained, and has evolved over time.

When I first began practicing yoga, I didn’t always feel like I belonged in a class. If that has been your experience, please know you are welcomed and celebrated, exactly as you are. As a fat, queer person, inclusiveness and accessibility are at the heart of my approach when teaching. I believe my classes are suitable for all students, regardless of experience level. I do my best to cultivate a space that is both informative and fun so we can meet ourselves exactly how we are.

Off the mat, I am the CEO of The Happy Confection, a CT based cannabis brand serving up the highest quality edibles in ratios and unique doses, alongside my husband, Steven. When we aren’t slinging gummies, hiking, or playing disc golf, we’re doting on our two rescue cats, Lenny and Zelda, and English Bulldog, Wrinkles.
